1. The time limit for each short film is a maximum of 15+5 minutes.
2.The actors can be of any branch but it should be registered under one department.
3.There is no restriction on the place of shooting.
4.The judgment criteria is based on technical aspects of movie making such as direction, cinematography, background score and overall impression of the film.
5.Vulgarity portrayed in any way will lead to immediate disqualification.
6. Soft copy of the movie has to be sent to the technical team three days before the show through mail and also in a pen drive compulsorily.
7.Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
