Rules

  • 1. There will be a time limit of 1hour 30mins

  • 2.Participants should be present at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of the competition.

  • 3.Participants are required to bring their own cutlery and utensils .

  • 4. Participants are required to bring all necessary ingredients for cooking

  • 5.Cleanliness and hygiene of the participants' workspace has to be maintained at all times.

  • 6.Pre-cooked items, ready mixes, alcohol or intoxicating items are not allowed

  • 7.Only 2 participants will be allowed inside the venue of the competition and spectators are not allowed inside.

  • 8.No processed juice, precooked meat, vegetables, and icing is allowed.

  • 9.Cutting/peeling of fruits or vegetables to be done on spot.

  • 10.All types of sauces are allowed

  • 11.All marinating to be done on spot

  • 12.Each participant has to prepare 2 dishes.

  • 13.Presentation of the dishes is considered
